Why IBEE is working faster?

How long will it take from quotation been released to raw material get ready? In IBEE, the answer is one working day. We are pleased to start working with one of our clients from UK who had visited our factory a month ago. In the first assignment, it took only one hour for client to make payment after our quotation, and for us to get the raw material purchased, it took just 1 day. In contrast, it can take at least 3 working days in big factories to get this done.
 
As a medium-sized manufacturer in precision machining, undoubtedly we are working faster than those big factories having hundreds of employees and complicated company structure. How does this happen?
