In today’s ever changing business environment, time is very often more important than money, this is the reason why IBEE put too much understanding and commitment to clients’ occasional demand of urgent delivery in their precision machining projects.
Today what we are going to share is a case of urgent delivery for one of our German clients. When this order was confirmed and called for urgent delivery within 7 days, according to our order processing system, the work was then assigned to our Special Work Team getting priority for express handling. We then spent 1 day purchasing raw materials, 5 days machining, and 1 day outsourcing surface treatment. During the machining process, our machinist found 2 mistakes on drawing. To save time, our sale engineer urgently called customer for several times.
